Terms and Conditions

 

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Global Investment Plant, an initiative by Royal Plantations International (Pvt) Ltd. By investing in our Global Projects, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

 

2. Investment Shares

Royal Plantations International will release up to 49% of the shares in its Global Projects. Investors can purchase between 1 and 49 shares, with each share valued at 100,000 USD.

 

3. Advance Payment

To reserve shares, an initial advance payment of at least 10% of the share value is required. This advance payment secures your shares and must be settled in full within 45 days of the initial payment. Failure to complete the full payment within the stipulated 45 days will result in the release of the reserved shares to the public without prior notice. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

 

4. Share Release

Upon receipt of the full share value within the 45-day period, the company will officially release the shares to the investor. Investors will receive documentation confirming their ownership of the shares.

 

5. No Refund Policy

All investments made in the Global Investment Plant are non-refundable. By investing, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

 

6. Profit Distribution

Project profits will be calculated and distributed annually to the shareholders. The profits will be disbursed based on the number of shares owned by each investor.

 

7. Nomination of Beneficiary

Investors may nominate a beneficiary to whom their shares will be transferred in the event of their demise. The nomination must be made in writing and submitted to the company.

 

8. Transfer of Shares

If a shareholder wishes to sell or transfer their shares to any third party, they must inform Royal Plantations International and obtain approval prior to the sale or transfer. The company reserves the right to approve or deny such transfers at its discretion.

 

9. Risk Acknowledgement

Investing in global projects involves certain risks, including but not limited to market risks, regulatory changes, and other unforeseen events that may affect the return on investment. By investing, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

 

10. Confidentiality

All information provided to you by Royal Plantations International as part of your investment is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without our prior written consent.

 

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions or your investment with Royal Plantations International will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State].

 

12. Amendments to Terms

Royal Plantations International reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to investors through our website or other appropriate channels.

13. Confirm package booking

To confirm your package booking, a payment of LKR 75,000 is required, inclusive of a 25% discount. This amount covers the document processing and service charges payable to the company.
